TECHNIQUE AND INTENSIVE CAMP - JULY 14-18, 2013
Ages 10-18 unless accompanied by a parent or adult. There will be two techniques sessions a day, a workout session, and some live wrestling in the evenings.
Our technique camp is designed for individuals or teams. Campers will be taught technique and drills that will help improve their performance and help them achieve their goals. Coach Mills uses his energetic and entertaining style to teach techniques that he used to pin his way around the world. He will teach every day as well as having many great guest clinicians.
A tournament will be held at the end of camp getting 7 to 9 matches each.
TECHNIQUE AND COMPETITION CAMP - JULY 21-25, 2013
Campers must be going into at least 7th grade to attend the competition camp. Campers will receive the same great technique and drill sessions as well as great competition from all over the country. Wrestlers will be critiqued immediately after each match in the first tournament. Campers will have the opportunity to wrestle 14-18 matches.
First, second, and third place tournament winners will receive Pin2Win awards!!!
All campers receive a free camp t-shirt!

During both weeks of camp, Gene will teach a coaches only session where he will answer specific situations your wrestlers need help with. This has become a favorite with the coaches that have attended the camp.

Camp is located at Maple Lake Sports Camp, 368 Beinlich Road, Forksville, PA, 18616.

This is a 107 acre camp with a 17 acre fully stocked lake for fishing or boating. Wreslers are housed in cabins located near all facilities including the pool, dining hall, recreation hall, and weight pavilion, as well as the 3 wrestling pavilions with 2 to 3 full mats on each. Camp was originally Russ Houks Wrestling Camp and was home of the USA and Olympic Team Training Camps.

COACHES ATTENDING
Coaches attending with a group of 8 or more may attend free of charge when acting as a counselor for his group. Additional coaches may attend at a reduced rate. Please contact us for pricing.

SUPERVISION
Our staff will provide excellent supervision on and off the mat. Camp rules are strictly enforced and anyone breaking the rules will be sent home immediately without a refund.
HISTORY OF CAMP
Maple Lake Originally known as Russ Houk's Wrestling Camp. This is the 45th year of Camp Maple Lake's hosting wrestling camps. The camp started in 1962 and became the U.S. Olympic and Pan-American Games Training Camp from 1964-1973. The Camp was also the host training Center for the Canadian World and Olympic Teams. The camp was started by wrestling legend Russ Houk. Russ was the U.S. Olympic Team Manager and had World and Olympic Greats there such as Dan Gable, Chris Taylor, Rick Sanders, John & Ben Peterson, Stan Dziedzic, Wade Schalles, Gray Simons, Don Behm, Wayne Wells and more. Many of the Camp's structures were built by some of these greats. Come be part of history!

CAMP COST
$395 per individual camper. $365 for campers attending with a group of 8 or more. To receive group rate, all campers must include team name on application and be in no later than July 1st.. Do not pay individual price if attending with a group of eight or more - please pay the group rate.
Commuters: $275
Entire group must be registered two weeks prior to intended camp week for group rate otherwise the cost is $395 each
REFUND POLICY
A non-refundable $125 deposit is required to secure your registration.
We do not tolerate fighting, stealing, destruction of any property, or violating any camp rules. We expect all campers to respect all other campers, coaches, counselors, camp staff, and the property.
Any camper who cannot follow the rules WILL BE SENT HOME IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT A REFUND.

You may also pay by check or money order by filling out the camp application.
If you are paying online, you must still complete the full camp application to finalize your registration. No camper will be allowed to participate without a completed application, health form, and Hold Harmless Agreement. Must print out and mail completed form, along with $125 deposit, to Pin2Win, Inc, c/o Gene Mills, 4024 Pinyon Pine Path, Liverpool, NY, 13090-1114. All checks payable to Pin2Win, Inc. The completed forms must be received before a camper will be allowed to participate.
